Providers on BeMavin have a variety of expertise and years of experience in their respective fields.
BeMavin aims to provide affordable and quality services to clients.. At BeMavin, we believe that some services should be accessible to all regardless of your socioeconomic status.

Providers on BeMavin will help you with your projects around your home or business. You will find pros with expertise in plumbing, electricity, wood working, general repair, painting, cleaning and many more.

How does it work?
Browse offered services by clicking "All Services" on the upper menu and you will see all available services ready to book. Pick the service you would like based on pricing, provider's rating or distance.

How do i make a booking?

You can make a booking through the BeMavin app, or on the web. We'll collect a few personal details, your address (so a professional is able to find your home), and your payment information. we will send a confirmation email.

1. Browse available services on the platform and select the one you would like to book.
2. Confirm your service location and click next.
3. Select how many services/hours and/or addons (if applicable) and click next.
4. Fill in your booking information, all necessary details for your provider and click next.
5. Select the date, time and click next.
6. Select your payment processor, agree to the terms and conditions and proceed to pay for your service.

You are all set. You will receive a confirmation email.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

The BeMavin platform has a cancellation policy despite being flexible and accommodating. Our policies are designed to promote a reliable, consistent experience for customers and providers alike. While we know schedules can change quickly, rescheduling or skipping a booking with short notice causes professionals to lose valuable work. Therefore, fees apply when bookings are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours (but more than 2 hrs) of your booking's start time.

Same day cancellation fee:
Cancel or reschedule 24 - 2 hrs before booking | $50
Short notice cancellation fee:
Cancel less than 2 hrs before booking | Full booking cost
Missed appointment fee:
A pro arrives but is unable to gain entry or get started | Full booking cost

How do I cancel my booking?

Cancelling on the BeMavin platform is easy and free as long as it is done within our grace cancellation period.

-On your dashboard, click "All Services Orders"
-Click on the 3 dots to the right of the service you would like to cancel and select "New Ticket"
-Under "Title", write cancellation. Under "Subject", write the order number. Set your "Priority" to urgent and type in your description or details.

We will call you to confirm and cancel the order.

Are there hidden fees for customers?

There are no hidden fees for purchased services on BeMavin. What you see is what you pay. For example, if you have purchased an hour of plumbing work that costs 100$, you will pay 100$.

A typical kitchen faucet replacement will take about an hour or less to complete. However, with complications due to faulty parts, leaks or rust, the job can easily take much longer. The pro will always inform you of any potential complication so that you may purchase additional time or be billed upon completion.
